Real sales work. Real results.

I’ve worked on some fun campaigns, with brilliant clients.
Here’s some of the numbers.
Good sales work should lead somewhere. These case studies show what that looks like in practice.

Soba: Private Label
Case Study
“We’ve worked with cold callers, lead gen agencies, and email agencies, and of all of them Jordan’s the only person that doesn’t fuck around, and that knows his stuff.“

The Strategy

The Approach
Soba had tried lead generation before, but the results had been limited. The creativity was there, but the campaign needed a more structured follow-up process to turn attention into conversations.
We led with Direct Mail first, then followed up consistently across cold calls, email and LinkedIn. The messaging was kept clear, simple and specific, with each touchpoint designed to feel relevant rather than forced.
The campaign was built around a clear ICP, strong positioning and a follow-up process that gave prospects more than one way to engage.
The Challenge
Soba had used lead generation agencies before, but struggled to get consistent, targeted outbound that felt right for their brand, with a proper follow up process.
Soba needed an approach that felt more personal, structured, strategic and aligned with the kind of clients they actually wanted to reach.
Key Takeway
Better outreach is not just about sending more messages.
For Soba, the biggest shift came from combining creative Direct Mail, targeted messaging and consistent multi-channel follow-up. The campaign was built for long-term growth, not quick vanity metrics.

Wave Web Agency
Case Study
“Jordan audited our sales strategy and provided guidance, which has transformed it from scattered efforts to a systematic approach that can actually fit into our schedule. He then acted as a sales consultant, helping us to plan and execute a highly successful and creative direct mail campaign.
As well as this, Jordan worked as a fractional cold caller, reaching out directly to our prospects, putting meetings in the calendar and building pipeline that we’ve genuinely never seen before.

The Strategy

The Approach
Wave Web had used an SDR before, but the results had been limited. Outreach was mainly focused on email and LinkedIn, without a clear, consistent strategy behind it.
First, I audited their previous sales activity. We looked at what had already been tried, where conversations were getting stuck, and how to improve it.
The outbound approach I crafted used Direct Mail first for priority leads, followed by consistent cold calls, emails and LinkedIn touchpoints. Secondary leads were approached with a simpler cold call and email process.
The Challenge
Wave Web needed a sales approach that was easier to manage, more consistent and better suited to the people they wanted to reach.
They were already a strong agency, but the outbound process needed more structure. We reshaped their discovery and pitching process, helping them ask better questions instead of jumping straight into a deck. Alongside the campaign, I supported them with cold calling training, so they could build more confidence having outbound conversations themselves.
Key Takeway
Good outreach is not just about booking meetings.
For Wave Web, the biggest shift came from turning inconsistent outbound activity into a clearer pipeline of conversations, follow-ups and future opportunities. The campaign created meetings, but it also gave them a more structured way to approach sales going forward.
